I really agree with what you said about the media in Taiwan
I am a physics graduate student in US. I can watch Taiwan's
news from the University channel. My fellow students and I
are deeply disturbed by the quality of the oversea Taiwan's
news provided by the so called Three TV Stations. We think that
to judge a TV station whether it is good or bad is just a
matter of common sense yet we wonder why people in Taiwan still can
bear this kind of quality and watch them. Why we did not see
anyone to criticise them and protest them. If we don't change
the situation the real democracy is still very far away
from us and to have a healthy society is still a dream.
